Ive looked further into this and we cant see any indication that the order was placed through Topcashback, usually when the order is placed a marker is placed on the account, this hasn't happened in this case, so the order will not be tracked by our marketing company (Awin) nor Topcashback.
The order will need to be cancelled and reordered again through Topcashback. Cancellations can only be done through our cancellation team

Your account hasn't gone live, so it can take upto 90 days for the cashback to be verified, as per the Terms and conditions below.
Your original order was placed 06.06.19 so it can take upto mid September to show.
