Hi.You are  unfair to new customers you sell broadband for 21£ and a bonus 60£ and for me with 10 year old customer you are offering £32  that's not fair .End up giving up on services. You have delated my chat on my website so that I cannot contact you.

The Loyalty team will offer you as a loyal customer the best that they can. At least as good as the direct offers to new customers coming direct to TalkTalk.
