New customer, connection <1mbps daily

Hi, I am a new customer, joined a few weeks ago.
My connection is very poor, and drops to <1mbps regularly throughout the day. I have to restart the router many per day and this sorts it out for an hour or two (goes back up to 25mbps), but then slows down again to almost nothing. I have tried removing all devices from my wifi to see if anything is causing it, but there is no pattern. It even happens when just one device is attached by cable I wonder if there is a problem with the router or router settings. Please can you help? It is very frustrating.

They will be able to offer advice, and if they think this is a fault with the router they will be able to arrange a replacement for you.
