Hi

 

Has anyone had any luck connecting their new service early? TT are telling me I have to wait until 03 Aug before my line is connected even though my property has all the cabling installed (they said I don’t need an engineer) and I’ve already received and plugged in the router. Seems stupid I have to wait over a week for nothing?

Work from different parties has to be coordinated together & the go-live date is the earliest that this can be done.
