I'm trying to move to TT, which under the circumstances may have been a mistake 🙂
I was due an engineer visit tomorrow, but router doesn't appear to have even been sent. Both I assume aren't going to happen now. If it doesn't happen, next question is impact on billing and existing services.
I get times are exceptional, but TT comms/support appear to have forgotten about new setup use cases. So myself and anyone in a simillar position have been left in the dark.
