New hub.


I totally agree with you. I have been with them from the start. so far I also have refused to pay for the new hub. I got problems with my wifi since one of my neighbours signed up with TT. Keep calling them to ska to sort, as usually one gets all the waffle but no result. Next time my contract runs out, I will go somewhere else.

TT sort out your customer services with people who speak and UNDERSTAND english, listen to what one has to say and not just read the script from screens.


Again, asnwer does not help customers who had to renew contract before the 12th of July.
