New join from overseas

Hi customer service of Talktalk,

 
Hope you all well today.
 
Thank you for your email of direct debit setup.
 
Once I went through the credit check  address history of the application progress, I inputed that I will come from overseas (Hong Kong) and will arrive the XXXX REMOVED FOR SECURITY REASONS address at the morning of 11 September. However,  your system don't let me pass to the next step.
Then I input my relatives existing Manchester address for your company credit check and it is ok to pass through.
 
On the other hand, please kindly alert that we don't have anyone at home at 10 September or you could put the mailing setup device in front of the door or you may deliver to me at 13 September (Monday) is also ok.

The order is due to go live on the 13 September, the router will be posted to you to arrive on that date.
