Hi guys I'm trying to find out if I'm eligible for a free router replacement?
I've been a customer since 2019 and my routers wireless signal has been very poor since day 1 but I've put up with as my xbox was connected wired but now the router needs to be reset everyday!! for me to get any speed wired or wireless!! , I've just upgraded my broadband to a new 18 month contract so wouldn't I be able to get a new router replaced for free? I've been told on the phone by an agent I'd have to pay over £100 for a new router!! Is this correct?? Any help will much appreciated

I am seeing some errors and dropped packets on the wifi side. The logical next step is to try a new router to rule out a hardware issue, so I will get one out to you.
