We have our TV box and router and were meant to go live yesterday however the router is still not connecting to the internet, we have tried many different things and nothing seems to be working at all. I will be trying to ring tomorrow but no one is there today apparently, does anyone have any advice please?

Did you get a confirmatory text or email yesterday advising your service was live ?
Is your phone working and does dialing 17070 get a readback of the correct number ?
Have you registered for an online My Account ?
If so, check the status of your order there.
