I haven't had any Internet for at least 13hrs and couinting. The website says there are no works scheduled or otherwise in the TN23 area. I have followed all suggestions from the website to get the connection up and running but to no avail. I have subscriptions that rely on an intertnet connection!

I'm really sorry for the delay in getting back to you and I'll take a look now. I've run a test on the line which hasn't detected a fault and the connection now looks stable for 5 days. How have you found the connection since your last post?
