So I've had no broadband since yesterday, which is a big deal for me as I have to self-isolate and work from home, so have to use my mobile data so far for video calls. But I get it, things happen. What is really annoying is that I've received 6 text messages contradicting each other in 2 days (check the screenshot if you don't believe me)
and after a number of useless chats with canned responses ("as soon as possible", "24-72 hrs from whenever") I still have no idea whether anyone is working on this issue and when I really can expect it to be fixed. I obviously cannot rely on such kind of service for anything.

I'm sorry for any confusion, the issue appears to be linked to an outage affecting multiple customers, is your telephone service also affected?
