No fibre Internet flashing orange light

We have had a flashing orange light which has been like this since this afternoon. We have tried resetting but to no avail.

 

I ran a test on your website which confirmed there was a problem but it then crashed without going any further

I can see that Openreach have closed this fault as resolved.

 

Just to confirm, has this fault been fully resolved?

I'm really sorry to hear this.

 

The line test has detected a potential fault so I have passed this straight over to Openreach to be investigated by a line engineer.

 

We should receive further updates from Openreach within the next 48-72hrs.

Hi @Dickyboy,

 

If you go back to the service centre it may now show an 'open case', and if you click on that it may give you more details of the fault that was found, if not, try running the test again. I've found that even when the test appears to crash and fail it does often still carry on testing in the background and if you run it again it eventually shows the results of the test.

 

If none of that helps, then the staff here should be able to pick this up in the morning to help further.
