I was switched over today, unfortunately mh new hub has not arrived, TalkTalk have welcomed me and hope I am enjoying my new faster fibre..but I am not

 I have chased and tried to contact customer service & I cant get through. Does anyone know how or if I can either chase up delivery/order another router or use my old Sky Hub to somehow connect.

Any help or advise would be fantastic

Hi @Jungie35 the sky router has bespoke firmware but in theory you can reflash it to the standard sagecom firmware.  It should then work with talktalk, that is assuming it is a VDSL capable router, is you were a sky fibre user.  More details can be found here in the Sky user forum and the links contained within.
