No internet and yet once again talk talk send an automated email to tell me it’s fixed. This is so frustrating. Need to change provider but I’ve 12 months left on my contract. Foolishly renewed after assurances from tt that the problems I had a year ago would not reoccurr! Here I am again. No service and nobody you can talk too!

I'm sorry to hear this. Unfortunately we can't process cancellation requests via the Community and we can only recommend that you call our Loyalty Team directly if you would to discuss cancelling your service.
