No internet connection

Hi,

I hope you can help I tried live chat and calling but not much help. My internet went down since Saturday night and I have tried rebooting the router, even replaced the router but still same problem.

The openreach modem DSL light keeps flashing then goes off then repeats this, I have left the modem and router off for hours and turned it on with the same problem, please can this be fixed?

Thank you for your quick reply, the lights are still same there's power light green and Lan light green then internet light off and dsl light flashing and stop then flashing again etc

I'm really sorry to hear this. I've run a test on the line now which hasn't detected a fault. Can I just confirm, have the lights change on the Openreach modem? Do you have a dial tone?
