I woke up Monday 3rd August to the orange light on my super router. I followed all steps to try to fix it (turning off/on, testing another port, unplugging for the suggested time, and logging in to the router) and still nothing. When I do test the line it detects a problem, and on Monday it said an engineer would call. I have had nothing and still offline. I have tried to contact talk talk in every way and no luck, I need this to work!
