I have turned off the router several times for periods of 30 mins since yesterday. The service checker has told me to contact the team, but they aren't available (says available from 9am Sunday??)

I'm sorry for the delay.
I've completed a line test which has detected a fault towards the property and Openreach are requesting that we arrange an engineer visit.
Is the router currently connected at the test socket?
