Hi, we’ve woken up this morning to no internet. All lights on the router except Broadband and Internet. Going around in circles trying to test it online and getting nowhere. Tried switching it off and on again. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

Hi @Turnip88 if you're lucky and have a spare router, gives  it a try. if not your post has been flagged for assistance and you should hear soon.

Hi, I managed to have an online chat with a TalkTalk rep who identified an external issue. An engineer was dispatched and it was up and running mid afternoon. Thank you
