Hi

WiFi hub showing the white light but I have no internet.

Not the 1st time this has happened.

I have currently turned the hub off for 30 minutes to see if that fixs it again.

I can't find the services status section on the website while using my phone.

Help please

Hi

I'll get a different model hub out to you so we are sure its not a hardware issue and if still failing, this will need an engineer out.

Thanks

Karl.

Hi Pash02

Thanks for your reply.

Please can you remove the face plate, there should be 2 small clips either side of the socket.

Can you then connect the router and a filter directly at the test socket?

Hi Pash02

I'm sorry to hear this.

I've completed a line test which hasn't detected any faults - Line test is clear.

Is the router at the test socket? Have we recently sent you a replacement router for testing?

The service centre is listed under "help with your service" and should be accessible on your phone, @Pash02.

If you're still not able to use wi-fi, you can access it on mobile data after logging into My Account.
