Hi. Since around 3pm today we have had no internet connection and just a flashing orange light on router, sometimes it flashes orange and white but it hasn’t done that for a while now. I have tried a different router and still have no connection. I have tried just using the test socket behind faceplate and it makes no difference. I have heard a few people report problems with their internet also but our relatives live quite nearby to us and theirs is working just fine (also talk talk) so I don’t know what’s up. Please can you look into this for me. Many thanks.
