No new router with Fibre65

Hi, I have upgraded my Internet package to the Fibre65 with a promise of getting a new router two months ago. The router did not arrive to this day, who should I contact with this issue and how can this be solved?

If needs be I can provide all of the details necessary.

I think I added both Name and Landline number now. I should specify I do it on behalf of my female flatmate who is the person signed with TalkTalk.
