No power to Openreach modem

Hello

We have Fibre 150.  We lost connection yesterday and I found that there was no power to the Openreach MT992 Gfast modem.  I have fitted another power adaptor temporarily and it is working ok now.  Could you please supply a replacement power adaptor?  This was only installed a couple of months ago, so it is under warranty.

Hi Dandrew,

 

I'm sorry to hear this. Unfortunately we are unable to replace the modem/cabling via post as this is Openreach equipment so this would require an engineer visit to look at this and replace any faulty equipment. Would you like to go ahead with an engineer visit and we can confirm some details with you?
