Hi there

i cant access track my order in the my account portal only gives page not found error. has my router been dispatched and is my go live date may 3rd?

Has the service activated, the order on your account is still showing as open.

You should get your kit at least 2 days before go live.  The support staff are available from Tuesday due to bank holiday

Please ensure your profile contains your full name and telephone number, to enable an OCE to give support.  Dont post that info on this thread.   Many thanks.
