No router recieved and due to go live

Due to go live today i think and still no router recieved or any information about it, got a letter from old provider confirming we were leaving and an email from talktalk to say DD had been set up. please help!!

Please can someone get in contact with me about it. Absolutely no information on my account other than account number, nothing to track apparently, no live date however my plusnet ends in a couple of days and DD with talk talk was set up 2 weeks ago. NO INFORMATION SINCE

Direct debit was set up 2 weeks ago according to email. Account number is 1013741186, absolutely no information given since.
