TalkTalk have somehow received a notification to cancel our broadband connection and have confirmed that it will cancel on 16th April. We have not requested cancellation of our service and need it to continue as we are working from home. I have tried to call the number provided on the letter and have been cut off multiple times. I am on the call now and have been on hold for over 2 hours. Is there a way to get this cancellation stopped without speaking to the customer services team? Many thanks.
