I've reported this fault twice now online and the fault tracker has told me everything is 'fine' the first time then telling me it needs fixing online. As fun as it was to wait as long as I did for nobody to reply back to me on live support, the fault tracker ticket was closed because everything was fine? I've reported it again; REP-11531019 is my fault reference number so I'd appreciate some help instead of getting ignored.

Hi DRyanltd

Would you like me to arrange an engineer visit?

Hi, I do appreciate the attempt of help but I've done this song and dance with this company to many times now. I'll be switching providers 👍

Hi DRyanltd

Would it be possible to connect the router at the test socket so I can run one more line test?

Have you tested with a different router recently? The next step will be an Openreach engineer visit to the property.

Thanks

Hi DRyanltd

Thank you.

The line test has detected a potential fault towards the property.

Is your router connected at the test socket at the moment?

Please can you update your Community Profile to include your name and TalkTalk landline number, I can then take a look at this for you.

Thanks
