I had a few problems a couple of months ago regarding constant dropouts in connection. This has been rectified and I am happy that I no longer have constant dropouts. (it was an internal wiring fault upto the master socket).
My speed is not the promised speed of 39-40 Mb. I am getting 35Mb which is fine and I am happy with that. There has been no further dropouts and my connection is very stable.
I have missed calls from Talk Talk who obviously want to discuss why I am not getting the promised speed.
Is it ok to just leave things as they are? I don't want the inconvenience of engineers coming out!

Hi phillip151
I've completed a line test which hasn't detected any faults and your line is in sync at 35mb.
If you don't want to arrange an engineer visit or for this to be investigated further then this will be fine.
Thanks

Hi Phillip know what you mean! I'm sure the OCE team will comply, unless the wider openreach network is faulty and impacting other users.
