Not sure if my new order has gone through

Hi,

i placed an new fibre 150 order online a couple of nights ago, I printed the webpage with the reference number starting with N

 

Ive not received any confirmation emails or anything? 

Should i have received something i just wait until the day i requested install and hope someone turns up.

guessing i should have a least had an email.

Hi Support,

thanks for the reply but no I did not cancel my order and more than happy with moving back to TT 

 

I did have an old account from 2yrs ago and this was cancelled back then, I don’t suppose you would be seeing that one ?

my account area just shows as an error has occurred. 
however I received a text this morning confirming openreach appointment so I guess all is ok
