Not sure if upgrade is going ahead

I am supposedly being automatically upgraded from my current ADSL Fast Broadband to Fibre 35 tomorrow. I wasn't notified about the upgrade by email and only discovered it in my account dashboard a week ago. I was assured on here that this was a routine upgrade and that my current contract would be unchanged.  On inspecting my dashboard just now I see the notification about Fibre 35 going live on 8/7 is now gone. So, is the Fibre35 upgrade still going ahead, has it been cancelled, was it a mistake or what's going on?

i'm showing the fibre upgrade order was cancelled and did not go ahead. 

 

This may be planned for a future event.
