Hi,

Could a moderator raise an ORDI form for me, regarding my address.  I posted my issue on phone lines thread, but realistically it is preventing me from changing to fibre broadband with talktalk or with any other provider.   My address is not listed as being the address for my phone line.  I have being trying to resolve this issue with customer service for many years!  They are unaware of what the problem is.
