Hi, I've been sent an offer to remain with TalkTalk which I'd like to accept (pending it not causing me any issues with the company I was going to go with) however I cannot get through on the phone and no one is available on webchat. I've also sent an email with no response. I am expecting my new router to be with me by Wednesday and won't want the hassle of sending it back, can anyone suggest to me how else I can get in touch with someone at Talktalk please? Thank you

It can't be done through the forum, @Melissatee.
You must keep trying with Chat. Core hours are 9am-6pm. Keep refreshing the page, so that you can catch it when it becomes available:

Phone lines are closed on Sundays. They will reopen 9am on Monday.
