Open Reach white box dead. New box or engineer needed

Hi

The white box is completely unresponsive. I've tried several sockets but it just stopped working overnight. Please help as I work from home  and had to purchase btwifi for the day

Chris, I replied but haven't heard back from you. Has the engineer been sent? And importantly, if the fault is with TalkTalk, will you refund the BTwifi fees?

OK, if you'd like to go ahead with the engineer visit can you confirm:


  • That you accept potential Engineers charges

  • Provide availability, either AM (8am to 1pm) or PM (1pm to 6pm) between Monday to Friday.
