My Internet was down earlier so I ran a test to see what was going on, I was redirected to a page that said an engineer was being requested, even though I was just checking my connection and didn't request an engineer myself...
My Internet is now working again, but I have received an email saying an Openreach Engineer will be coming in the next 2-3 days to fix the issue. As I said, my Internet is working now so there is no issue. Is there any way to cancel the engineer visit?

It looks like this fault is with a line engineer, investigating externally on the line. This is not an appointment to the property.
Has the connection been working ok since your last post?
