I cannot connect to internet. Router is showing a solid orange light. I have been restarting router at various times all morning. On restart it flashes orange and white for about 5 mins then shows solid orange light. How can this be fixed?

All tests are clear, no issues showing remotely. Can you check the home phone and see if there is a clear dial tone on your line.
also, do you have access to another router for testing ?
