why I didn't get the phone at home and no wi.fi adapter

Just to confirm, are you experiencing a no dial tone fault?

 

Please can you add your name and TalkTalk landline number to your Community Profile.

What broadband service have you ordered and when does the service start? 

 

Prepare for TalkTalk Support by including in your Community Profile:

  • Your name, current TalkTalk home 'phone number. An alternative (mobile preferred) contact number. Full address with postcode (Location)
  • Scroll down to Private notes to add email address(es), notes and order reference etc
  • After checking and updating, Save changes

Select here: Update your profile
