Please disable WiFi optimisation

Hi,

 

Can you please disable WiFi optimisation on my line as it reverts to a busy channel daily and I am having to manually reset.

 

This was done previously for me a couple of years ago but seems to have reverted after an update on my router by the looks of it.

 

Incase this is a different issue the problem I have is I set the WiFi channel to most optimum as WiFi is very congested where I live. How er the channel will change back to a busy channel over night so have to change manually daily.

Hi @akeel,

 

The support team here will be able to disable Wi-Fi Optimisation for you when they return on Monday.
