Please stop changing wireless channel

Hi, I've seen on this forum that talk talk customer's can request that their router "WiFi optimisation" be turned off. I need this doing because all my neighbours are on the same channel and it's affecting my WiFi signal quality as everytime I go into my router settings they're automatically changing back without 24 hours, this is incredibly frustrating, why give me the option to change settings if you're just going to change them back??

Hi.  An OCE will pickup and disable to wifi optimisation from Monday onwards

Just ensure that your profile contains your full name and telephone number otherwise they will be unable to locate your account.
