Poor Speed to Device

Hello, 

 

I'm hoping that you can help. 

 

I have recently upgraded my Fibre connection to Fibre65, however seem to be getting poor speed to my device which is causing issues with working from home. For example, video calls running very slowly, whilst on video calls I only have browsers open with emails. No other devices in the building requiring high speeds e.g, no gaming or streaming going on in the background. I am connected to a VPN. Can someone advise if there is anything I can do to improve the speed to my laptop?

Hi Lauren,

 

Line test is passing and your router is in sync at 79.8Mbps, could you switch your router off for at least 30 minutes, then switch back on and retest. Please let us know how you get on
