Poor quality Ring Central calls

I use Ring Central for work and about a month ago I changed to TT Fibre 150. Everything is fine apart from the Ring Central call quality. It doesn't drop calls and I can hear the other person but the other person frequently struggles to hear me. I'm rapidly losing my patience and looking to change back to SKY. Thank you
