I'm currently trying to set up port forwarding rules on the Sagemcom router but every time I click add, it comes up with the warning of "Operation could not complete, something wrong happened"
Please could someone assist?

Your screenshots are far too small, when I zoom them the text becomes too blurred to read. Please can you get me these extra screenshots, but when you do please make sure that in the Insert Photos/Pictures tool you set the size to Large.
The ones I require are:-
Dashboard > See Wi-Fi Settings > Manage Advanced Settings > TalkTalk Wi-Fi Hub > DHCP
Dashboard > See Wi-Fi Settings > Manage Advanced Settings > TalkTalk Wi-Fi Hub > DNS
