Price Increase

I've just seen an email from 22/9/2020 advising that there will be a price increase of £1.50. However, I'm not sure if that is relating to my old package though.

 

I upgraded my package to fibre broadband, which went live on 16/9/2020 and I am happy with the service. But, I was assured that there wouldn't be price increase for 18 months.

 

Can anyone help?

Price fix is for the core package,

 

I've checked your account and there are no active boost on your account so there shouldn't be any impact on your monthly bill.

Your basic broadband and phone package will not change whilst your are in contract.

 

However, any discounts on boosts can and do expire or change as their price is not fixed.

 

You'll have to re-read the email and bills to see exactly what has or will be changing.
