Problem connection

Hello. I have a question about the router. I currently have a huawei HG633 router and purchased a second hand Sagemcom Fast 5364-3T8 router. After connecting it to the network, it does not detect the Internet. What's the problem?

Have you tried factory resetting the router using the pin hole reset for ten seconds?

What does the LED do on the router when you try to use it ?

Have you tried a factory reset of the router by holding in the reset switch on the back for over 10 seconds ?

If the router came with the cable and microfilter to connect it to the phone socket, are you using those ?
