Hi, I am having a problem with my router. It is just flashing orange and will not connect to any devices.
I have completed a check of my internet in the Service centre and it says there is no problem with it getting to the house.
I am working from home so grateful if this could be checked urgently

I can see a router online at the moment, but cannot guarantee that the connection will remain.
I've tested the circuit and it has been flagged that there is an outage on the Openreach side that they are aware of, and this will be impacting your service.
