We can log into the new wifi, but then a message pops up on my mobile phone saying "Not signed in to wi fi network, Tap here to go to wi-fi settings", I tap on the message and nothing happens for a while then an error message pops up. I have taken the new wifi to a different house with talktalk and plugged it in there and it worked. Help please
Can you please add your home phone number to your Community Profile so I can locate your details.
If unsure of your number, simply dial 17070 from your land line phone and this will confirm the number for you.
