Initially I tested it on my laptop and it was only working on there but this morning it was working fine on all devices.
Will try it again later and see what happens then.
Not sure how the rest of you are getting on but the Engineer messaged earlier saying things should be fixed.
Mine appears to be ok at the minute. How is everyone else getting on?
Mine has been fine all day. I will be absolutely over the moon if the issue is fixed. Let’s not celebrate too early though.
Spoke too soon I think. Randomly woke up and thought I would try it at this time and yes you guessed it. The buffering blues are back.

it was perfect yesterday on all devices. Now it appears the problem is back just as it was, constant buffering in any quality + instagram not loading
Ok so after more testing. Instagram now loads fully and works as it should, this is half the problem sorter. Twitch however is back to its usual self, it’s completely unwatchable. such a shame as it was working fine yesterday. Would it be possible to know exactly what was changed? Seems we are getting close to a fix. My hear actually sank when it started buffering again today, I really wanted to believe it was fixed.
@Noteythe engineer I was speaking to is going to watch my line again when I’m home at 3pm and see where the streams drop.

Just to add my 20p, the problem seems to be fixed for me and I have had no problems over the last couple of days.
After the engineer text last night everything appears fine again.
Will keep testing and let you know.
Thank you for the update. I did receive an update on Friday afternoon from our Network Engineer to advise that they had identified a possible issue which they believe is now resolved.
