I used to be able to access my work VPN but now I can't. I can log-in from Talk Talk competitor's service so the problem has to be at home. Talk Talk sent me out a new router to see if it would help but unfortunately it is the same type as the last one and therefore has probably had the same firmware update because it doesn't work either.
I have tried to reset the router and turn Home Safe off but it hasn't resolved the issue - does anyone know what can help?
