I received an email an hour ago to upgrade to Fibre 150, saying that there has been a network upgrade in my area. I called the number and was informed that it's 'not ready, we are in the process of upgrading our networks, and to call again 3 months.'
It's a shame really.
Is there anyway a staff member can check if I can actually upgrade and the information in the call centre was incorrect, as it felt like a standard call centre fob off.

@fuzeweb there is no support from forum staff for Future Fibre yet, you'll just have to call the number in the email or use the support area here.
