I received an email saying:
We've had notification from another company that you'd like to cancel your TalkTalk order.
i haven’t cancelled my order, nor have I contacted any other companies so I don’t know why I’ve received this? I can’t call TalkTalk on the number provided because I don’t have a home phone number yet, which I need to get through.

If you would like us to look into this, please can you update your community profile to include your home telephone number or account number, we will then be able to have a look at your account.
To do this go into 'my settings' then 'personal information' then add your details.
