I upgraded my talktalk to fibre 65 with the incentive of a free echo dot and smart plug or a ring indoor cam. I was told I would receive an email within 37 days with details of how to claim but it’s been 2 months now and no email has come through. What is going on?

Thanks for your post, sorry that you are having problems.

 

If you would like us to look into this, please can you update your community profile to include your home telephone number, we will then be able to have a look at your  account.

To do this go into 'my settings' then 'personal information' then add your details.

Please ensure your profile is up-to-date and an OCE will pick this up shortly to assist with what's happened.

Have you checked your Junk/spam folders to make sure it hasn't fell in there?
