Renewing contract

I am due to renew my contract next month, I usually do this online in plenty of time for the contract ending but this time the only renewal/upgrade offers showing are for mobiles so I can't renew. I want to continue with my home broadband, just on a new contract. Anyone else having this problem?

Hi @Beatles63 have you tried the loyalty team on 03451720046 answer cancel or loyalty when prompted they usually have the very best offering.
